(Green Valley, Seven Hills, Anthem Highlands, MacDonald Ranch and

- For orders above $50 we will deliver throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
- Paper supplies and appropriate condiments are included with all orders at no additional cost.

we specialize in breakfast deliveries, time is an essential part of our
business. Please be attentive of your fellow customers and provide us
with the necessary information for a prompt delivery.

Because our breakfasts are made with the highest quality products and
freshest pastries baked everyday to be delivered the same day in the
receiver’s local area, we are happy to offer our customers a Freshness
Guarantee. Moreover, to ensure your product arrives as safe as
possible, your product is carefully packaged and hand-delivered to your
delivery address.
- At Wake Up Las Vegas we are happy to offer our services to our clients with no minimum orders.
- Our
order lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Under normal
conditions, every effort is made to have your order arrive on your
requested delivery date and time. This is more difficult in peak
delivery periods.
- While
we hope to make each breakfast delivery a special event, we normally
call the receiver to confirm they will be available during the
scheduled delivery time and discuss directions if needed. We generally
tell the receiver we have a gift delivery for them. Often we must
identify ourselves and our company name and indicate the gift is a
breakfast. In addition, sometimes the receiver will ask the name of the
person sending the gift. While surprises are fun we must also be aware
that people are understandably cautious and respect their concerns. We
are unable to guarantee the surprise. For special circumstances, such
surprises can be arranged with us and the purchaser for a smoother
transition. Just let us know in the comment box when ordering and we
will do everything possible to satisfy your request.
- Please
ensure the recipient will be available at the delivery address on the
selected delivery day. Orders cannot be left at the door. Someone must
be available to accept the order.

Please understand delays outside our control also occur due to the
following: product availability, holiday rush season, rural area
constraints, lack of response by the recipient, incorrect address
information entered, invalid delivery date entered and other conditions
outside our control.
- The
delivery address and phone number is critical to the delivery. Please
confirm the recipient's address and phone number including apartment
number, gate code (if applicable), area code, and zip code prior to
placing your order. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.s.
Purchaser and receiver cell phone numbers are helpful for coordinating
deliveries. Please provide as much information as possible on the
delivery location including the name of the business, building, office
complex, suite number, floor number, building number, subdivision or
community name, apartment complex, dorm, hospital, retirement or
assisted living facility, or school. An additional fee may apply for
re-delivery due to incorrect delivery information provided.
- Many
people have serious food allergies to common ingredients such as flour,
dairy products, strawberries, nuts, etc. If you have any question about
the possibility of a food allergy for your recipient, please discuss
this with the receiver prior to placing your order.
- Payment
is due at the time of order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and
American Express, and as well as company checks in advance.

Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are not recommended. These shipments
normally go to a general receiving department before being routed
internally to the patients and/or guest rooms; therefore, we do not
guarantee hospital/hotel delivery accuracies. Sorry, no refunds will be
given if the patient and/or guest checks out or cannot be located.
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed.
Additional fees apply to fix and re-deliver the package to the correct
address.
Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of the
customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee
delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package. All
packages require a signature.
Food items and perishables cannot be returned.
Ours is a very delicate business, making returns and credits a
particularly sensitive issue. Our company maintains a high level of
customer service and strives to provide the best service every time.
However, in our business, we do not give refunds for our products
though if an issue arises, credits can be awarded.

you. If you are unsure, please contact us.
If you are outside the delivery area, we will determine if we can
deliver to you when you contact us.* Sorry for the vagueness, but we
want to ensure that your food arrives in a timely manner and in a
delicious condition. We will do our best to make it possible.
